Door and Window Maintenance

We offer responsive, planned and programmed maintenance for doors and windows, including the repair and upgrade of frames, glass, closers, restrictors, hinges and pivots, as well as the repair and re-alignment of tilt and turn, multi-point espagnolette and reversible mechanisms.

Responsive maintenance allows us to repair several faults in one visit before they become a major problem. Over time, doors and windows can develop leaks and draughts which can be eradicated if attended to in a reasonable timescale.

Planned maintenance is the first step to increasing the performance and lifespan of doors and windows by replacing worn or damaged parts and repairing or re-aligning frames, sashes, hinges and sealing strips.

Programmed maintenance is the most cost-effective way to ensure continued performance throughout the lifespan of your building. This may include twice yearly visits to clean, lubricate and protect the operating mechanisms and other hardware (weather strips, gasket, brush strips) to reduce wear and tear and maintain the integrity of the operating systems.
